i am trying to do a project,
which could have up to 1000 individuals at any one time, each one of which could have between 1 and 15 tests (the tests will be on different dates , example test 1 on 23/5/20012, test 2 on 12 4 2010 etc ). all tests would be shown in a subform and all the info relating to that test.
after 2 years from the test date i would like to be able to just select that row in the subform and print a report that just selects that info in that row relating to that test. how do i do this? is it done with a query if so how do i go about this.
am i going the right way about this or is their a better neater way to do this?
what i am trying to achieve is a system to build a report and either print the report or save it as a pdf, the system we have now is so time consuming , every report is filled in individually. thanks for looking at my thread, and hope you can help me
