Another refresh/requery question

I have been searching everywhere on this site about refreshing a subform, but it seems like they are with forms that open with a command button. How do you make a subform that is embedded in a form refresh or requery? I have included a picture of my form, just to make it easier to understand. The subform is the datasheet below the command buttons.
