Any ideas on Daily Update Notes?

Do any of you wizards of Access have a clue how I would go about creating a form for adding notes of what was updated to the database every day?

I've seen one before where you type in the day's updates in a text box, press a button and it pasted it to another text box that was locked and you could scroll through it to find say, what you did for updates a week or two ago etc.
