Anyway to centre a form to the screen?

[Help Wanted]

Without grabbing the whole form in design view and moving it over is there anyway in which i can just centre it to the centre of the screen horizontally?

My form is not very wide but i've created it while leaving the thing aliogned to the left of the screen so the whole right hand side of the screen is just blank.

Form Properties > Format Set Auto Center to YES

it is set like that but is still aligned to the left.
