Question Append records with form - Combo box

Dear all,

I would like to append records in to table2 by using form1 when i click on save button. Please see attachment of mdb file.

Please help me out.

You could look at the "right way to ask questions" thread on the general tab. Everyone here is happy to advise but not always happy to do for.

I would suggest offering examples of what you have tried or showing what section you are stuck on. Maybe you might get a bit more help then
