In VB, Tool->reference,

Redemption.dll

What library name I use for Redemption.dll?
Because I cannot find the library which is related to Redemption.

Outlook Redemption is not a part of Office. You need to get the dll from the author [website] that sells it then you will have to regiser it on your computer. Outlook Redemption is not free to distribute. All the info you need on how to use Outlook Redemptionis is listed in the Outlook Redemption web site.
