Hi i am designing a tracking data base i am looking into the booking out side how would i be able to batch barcode scan a load of items on a booking out/purchase screen in then to be saved and can be printed out at goodsout? if anyone as a template would be fantastic

Thank you for the informtion, yeah i've managed to find the scanners that no problem, its more of the programming access to allow me to scan single items and add them to a booking out spreadsheet or equivalent in access to then generate a printable report.

this is what i'm wanting to do

goods in
weighbridge ticket gets opened (via another app)
items get scanned and barcoded and added to access with a log of weighbridge ticket no.

goods out
weighbridge ticket gets opened (via another app)
items with barcodes get scanned into access booking out bit against the new weighbridge ticket number, then is saved/stored in access for a goods out/purchase report print out at weighbridge.

bit stuck ha ha
