I have a dog a canine, a bitch. This morning it was waiting in the kitchen. The kitchen door was closed and as I opened the door it must have caught the dogs paw.

It gave out a yelp and I admonished it for being sat in such a stupid place.

I checked and no damage was done, so I was stood at the door holding the door open and then said come on, indicating to the dog that she could go through to the other room where she apparently wanted to go!

No, her feelings had been hurt so she just sat there staring at me!

I said "bloody women" much to the amusement of my wife....

You should know better...my female pup does similar things, but I have trained myself to say "stupid dog". Much safer....
