Attachment Preview?

Hi,

Just a quick one, can you make a preview pane in Access to show a document? They are all primarily pdf's as these are scanned in and we would need to view them on a regular basis.

I'm not sure, but I believe there's an Acrobat Reader active x.

I think you would need three cups of coffee to get that working hehe! I believe that active x can only be implemented on a server side environment. I've just had a look and there's no pdf viewer so I the answer to your question (from my point of view) is it's not doable. However, you could create a link to open the document?

Yeah, thats what I was thinking about. Another post I did was to create a list of the documents in a text box and then set them as hyperlinks to the documents.

Do you know how this would work? Don't know how I would show them in a text box.
