attendance forms

Hi, I run a small club which requires an attendance form, I can create a form that requires a lot of input, but I want to simplify it, I would like to if possible enter a date, and have a list of names that I just click a check box to show that they attended. Thanks Derek

WELL I THINK I HAVE AN IDEA, I DONT KNOW IF IT WILL WORK, BUT ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CREAT A FORM WILL ALL THE STUDENTS NAME ON IT AND HAVE A BOX FOR THE DATE.

then you have a check box next to each name and create a query that will put up all the names not present.

the table will have a new record everytime a new date if entered so that is the primary key, only names with a tick selted will be in the table..

i think it may work
