Ummm, Errr HELP!!

Hi Guys

Here's a odd ball one for you....

I want to make a form, with a list of Students names in it. this list is from the Students table, listing only the current Students.

By the side of each name, a tick box to select them by.

When the tick box is ticked, for as many students that attened a course, a dropdown to select which course, a date field to add date and a button that can be then clicked to update each students record with their attendance details.

table: Students
First Name
Surname
Age
Address
Tel
Completed Y/N
ID

table: Attendance
Date
Student Name
Course
Attended Y/N
ID

Table: Courses
Type
Name.
ID

Any ideas how to do this?? My attemps have fail.. .o(

Simply run an append query when the button is pressed.

Just one thing... Errr I don't know how to do that..

Been playing around with this thing for days while the boss is away..

Tried an update query, and it says three rows posted, but nothing appears??? Wot am I doing wrong?

And bodvoc, don't have a field on each table called ID. Make it relevant to the table. i.e. StudentID, CourseID

Keep spaces out of the field names too and horrible characters (#@8% etc), and note the way each word is capitalised: FirstName, DateOfBirth
