Hello John

A little while back you said (re right click menus)

In the Startup menu under Tools, there should be an "Allow Default Menus" option - if you uncheck that I believe it should disable the 'right click' menus (once you restart your app) ...

I'd have to hunt around for the code equivalent, but it's sure to be lurking around somewhere in the library...

Could you tell me where to library is and how to hunt for the code, please?
You suggestion did work, but then I realised there are times the usual right menu is needed. So ideally, if my routine could turn it OFF then back on again from code, that'd be spot on!

Here's a thread listing the code equivalents of some of the Startup options, including "AllowShortcutMenus" (look for the post from Gemma-the-Husky).

Also, you needn't address me personally with your post - there are plenty of people here more than capable of answering your question and much more experienced than me, for that matter... please don't make a habit of it.
