Audit Log provided by Allen Browne

I followed the steps of creating an Audit Log based on Allen Browne's solution (http://allenbrowne.com/AppAudit.html)

When i try to update the record i get the following error message: "Run-time error 3063: Duplicate output destination 'audType'.

Any suggestions how to solve the problem?

Did you copy his code exactly and paste it into a standard module? What line is highlighted by the debugger? Have you single stepped the code to see what is happening?
