Auto email draft in outlook from access query

Hello experts,

Just returned to my favorite forum after a long gap to get help from you all. Actually, I have a access database with table name: UserDetails. Its having three column:

From Subject Received Status
James Lewis Binder Task 12.07.2013 Completed

These four column are filled from outlook email details. Once we put the Status as "Completed" in our access table, we want to click on a button which will search the Subject & From name from outlook and make a draft email with pre-define message "Already Completed this task".

Then user will use this draft email to add something extra manually in message box if he require to do so. and send the email accordingly.

Could you please advise how this can be done and if possible please send me any sample database that will help me.
