Is there a way you can auto expand a textbox in a form?
E.G.
you have 1 sentence in the textbox field, and this can stays as it is but when you have 5 sentences or more than the textbox automatically adjust itself to cater for the data.
when i see the form with all these rows of fields, some may be fields with 1 sentence and some may be fields with 5 or more sentences at a glance.
help please as I am dependent on this task to make my system works for the users. Panic!!!
Thank you!

For forms that the user is working on you could put a control tip instructing them on the Zoom Box function, for printed reports you can use the Can Grow Property.

The users do not want to use a zoom box. They want to see all the records as they open up the task form. if one or two records are large, they dont mind scrolling down to see the rest of the records.
I know we can use the can grow property in the reports but why dont Access provide this facility for the text box to grow as well in the forms???
I dont have any other options at present. Stuck for good!!!
