Auto FIll IN

I would like to create a form that will prefill fields with the information from the table fields that those form field are bound to... For example: I'd like for the form user to be able to enter in an associate id number and the form prefill the rest of the fields. Some will be blank b/c they are blank in the table and the form user would then fill in those fields and then that information would be added to the table. Any ideas?

it wont let me post link here. i have used this video to acomplish the smae thing. hope it helps.
