I have a form that enters in Bank Information. On the form there are two sets of address':

"Physical Address" "Mailing Address"
PA_Street MA_Street
PA_City MA_City
PA_ST MA_ST
PA_Zip MA_Zip

Sometimes they're the same and sometimes they're not. If the Mailing Address is the same as the Physical Address, how can I just "click" a button and have it autofill the whatever is in the Physical Adress in the Mailing Address? Unfortunately this can not take place on closing the form because there are more fields to be entered after these address'. As always I greatly appreciate the knowledge and help you all provide. Maybe I was a little unclear as to my problem. The sample you posted duplicates an entire record. My problem is within the form, as I am entering data, there are two "sets" of address fields. After filling in the first set, street, city, state, zip, I would like to click a check box or button that will fill in the next street, city, state, zip for that particular record. The suggested approach of doing this on close....how would I go about this, unless there is still a better way. Thanks again, Jim

I would go with Pats suggestion and use the AfterUpate event of one set of address fields to transfer it to the second set, but if you want a button then simply put:

Me.Address1B = Me.Address1A
Me.Address2B = Me.Address2A
Me.Address3B = Me.Address3A
Me.Address4B = Me.Address4A

where the A's and the B's are the 2 Address sets.

The syntax for copying is:

Where it is going to = Where it comes from (not the other way around)

This is exactly the functionality I needed. Thanks, Jim
