auto resize subform

Hi all,

i have a main form with many subforms- each of which can have vearying lines of data...

what i need to do is have the subforms grow or shrink accoridng to its contents like you can do with subreports but the can grow/can shrink properties dont seem to have any effect..

is there a way to do this or am i attempting the impossible?

just heard from someone else that this isn't possible- only through vb..
