I'm creating a form to ease the data entry process. I have three main fields: project engineer, and equipment. For every project there are many engineers and for every engineer there are many pieces of equipment. Each engineer in the project will have very similar experience in equipmnet, but not the same. I have two forms. The first with main project info and the second with specific engineer's info.

In the database there is one table with main project info: Primary Key - ProjectNum. On the second table is the projectNum, EngineersNam, and a project-equipment-number. Because every project is going to involve different quantities and pieces of equipment. I've set it up so that you can just number the equipment during the project.

I've set up a subform in the specific engineer's info form that allows display of all the equipment that engineer used during that particular project.

The problem is that I don't want to have to type in the same info 20 times for every project so I'd like it to reappear upon entry of a new engineer.

I wrote a module in VB based on the entry in http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q210/2/36.ASP?LN=EN-US&SD=gn&FR=0&qry=Fill%20record%20with%20data%20from%20previous%20record&rnk=10&src=DHCS_MSPSS_gn_SRCH&SPR=ACC2 , which was for filling in from the previous record, but I actually need to fill in from all the previous records of the same engineer.

Does anyone have any ideas were I need to start or what to do.

Any ideas would be great.

Kenneth
