Automate Import data into MS Access

Hi,
I have requirement to automate the process to load .CSV files onto MS Access on daily bases. I am new to MS Access. Could any one please help me on this?

Note: No other technologies are used like JAva, C#, etc.

For a start, have you thought about how you are going to trigger this process?

Does the user turn on a PC, open a database, click a button?

It's very nice to say very unspecifically "I'd like something to happen" but it's not enough, for me at least.
