I am new to Access and I am currently working on a property management database. Essentially I am trying to get the database to email a user when a trigger date is reached.
For example, if property A's lease expires on 01/01/06 I would like the database to email a reminder to the member of staff who manages that lease x no of weeks in advance of the expirary date.
I have placed the thread here as I think that it will be a piece if code which will produce the desired results but please note I am an Access novice. However, any help would be appreciated.
