Automatic field input

I need to keep track of our contact with Agents. I want to make a new record everytime I contact the agent but I don't want to have to fill out all the fields everytime because once I make the initial contact, most of the information will be the same. Is there a way to duplicate a record and then just change the field that needs to be changed?

Nevermind - I figured out how to copy a record and paste it into a new one.
 
If your data strcture is properly normalized you shouldn't need to store the same info again and again.

As a minimum I would have an Agent table linked to a Contact table. Then you just need to store a new contact record every time you contact the agent.
