I want to merge/link an access 2000 qry to a word 2000 document for printing envelopes. When I click the merge button access gives a message "Automation Error: Classfactory can't supply requested class". Has anyone seen that one before? I am guessing that I need to load something of the office 2000 CD, but just what I don't know?
