Question Avery PLP 9100 label maker and A2007 issue

The problem we are having is, every time the Avery Label Maker (model PLP 9100) that is installed on one computer, Access does not work, meaning we can get into the database, but we can't save any changes.

We are running 2007 and on a network. The Label Maker is only installed on one computer and not installed as a network printer.

Have any ideas, what the problem can be.
 
Can you describe the topology a little more? Split Application (FE,BE)? WinXP, Vista? Many users? Only the machine with the Avery printer fails or do all of the users? USP connection to printer? Latest printer driver installed?

Just received a answer from Avery failed to tell me, the software that came with the label makers, is not capable with Access. They will have me download the correct software.
