Barchart issue in report and works in form

Report creates two bargraphs with two bars instead of 1 bargraph with two bars.
The same query works fine in form and only one bargraph is created with two bars as expected.
Am i missing something.
A simple query creates this barchart.

Actually the graph works fine when I moved the bargraph to the report header section from the detail section. SO it works now. Thanks
