Solved Begginer! please help.

@FeelCore Having reviewed your database structure, language issues aside (some items I was not able to decipher), I think you need to consider the following for a better more robust structure on which to build your application:

Happy to discuss details.

Edit: I made a few small changes and added some comments in the diagram - so above is the replacement

For translation purposes the attached image is from the spreadsheet used to do (some) translation from the Latvian in the OP supplied initial db. It was refined further to produce the above model - so it is not what is being proposed.

If this is Latvian do not use any non Latin characters in any property or name of any object. This will make it almost impossible to get further help from most people on this forum. See issue.
There are several other threads on this issue.

@GaP42
woow, thank you. I will look forward to make this and see how it goes.
Really big thank you! 🙏
Glad to help you. You should evaluate it carefully and I would expect some questions to be raised as you work with it - as I do :) (case in point: the decision about how you choose to implement txApplied and the associated MedicationDetail, Procedure and VaxGiven tables as these have 1:1 relationships (merge or separate). Good luck.
