There was a closing bracket missing after 'released without changes'. Also, you didn't enter the full field name, you only had 'released'

Try this:

=Dcount("[Review_Result]", "Review_Object_Main","[Review_Result]=
'released without changes'")/Dcount("[Review_Result]", "Review_Object_Main")

If that doesn't work, for pity's sake, Zip up your db and send it to me and I'll do it for you!!!
