I have know idea even how to start this report in Access 2000. I just know it should be able to do it.
Attached is an example for the month of May 2011.
I have a table that lists the cost of each Run Name, another table linking the student with each run, and another table listing the absence reasons.
What I need is something similar that shows each day and whether that student was scheduled for school (noted by a 1), didn't show (noted by N), cancelled (noted by C) or wasn 't scheduled (X). W and H stand for weekend and Holiday.
The report should then be able to use the same type of formulas to determine whether a charge should apply.
Any ideas where to even start.
