black/white list?

i have 1 table that store data as black/white list. i want to use it to filter on showing data by query. what code should i add in my form/button?

I have noticed that you post requests that offer very little information. I don't think you will get very many replies without at least making an attempt to give all the information you can surrounding your problem / issue / situation.
