Blank Labels, Every other one

Hello,

I am trying to format a set of mailing labels based on a select query. I only have three fields on the label "NAME" "ADDR1" and "ADDR2". Every other label is printing blanks and I am stumped. Please help me if you get a chance. Thank you,

Check your margin settings in both the actual label and the total page. Make sure that it is not creating a run-off.

thanks for your help carol. I havet tried both options. When I try to change the page margins to zero it changes them back to .25 which may be causing the overflow. If you have any more advice please drop me a line. Thank you.

It still seems to me as though your set-up is not correct. If you can, send me an small example of the problem.

Are you using the correct priner driver? The minimum margin settings are controlled by the printer.

I had this problem before. I installed access XP and it worked fine for me. Email me if this works or not.
