How can I stop a table displaying a blank new record?
My problem is as follows:
One of my tables contains the details of monthly expenses for team members, from which is driven a query and subsequently a form, which ultimately appears on my Contacts form, as a subform. With me so far?
The subform is displayed as a datasheet and appears as a small table, being linked to the main form by means of the surveyor's name and all works fine is so much as the correct expenses relate to the correct surveyor. The only problem though is that the subform datasheet shows a blank new record in addition to the correct row of data being displayed.
I assume that this is coming from the fact that the table defaults to showing a blank new record as it's last row, so is there a way of switching this off?
Many thanks
