I've downloaded ChrisO's sample database from https://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=228003
Ultimate goal is to update a SQL Server BE with attachments (Migration Assistant flags up the issue with attachment fields) - however I'm unable to even double click the OLE bound object frame in a form based on the tblUserFiles table. I've tinkered with the VBA references to no avail and still getting the "A problem occurred while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE Server or ActiveX control"
