top man - that works - the only quirky bit - is that when you select the 2nd yes (after changing mind) both options appear as yes - but when you close the form and check the results - perfecto - is there a way of saying requery on any of the events to get shot of the second yes.

Whatever - thanks alot - truly - if I could fedex you a big cream doughnut I would - but I'll leave you top notch feedback instead - as I think the cream would possibly go off

You can requery the form... but that can
1) Take a while
2) Throw you selection all out of what

Me.requery does that.

Also try Me.Repaint, which is not the same as requery (which refetches data from the DB) but only repaints the screen.

Also just "selecting" the previous record should trigger a db fetch and fix your display....
Perhaps looping thru all the records on screen would be an alternative?
