BOF Lock-Up

This seems almost silly, but this is what happens, and I am looking for any help at all. I have a form with 13 fields on it, and also 11 sub forms which are set up on tabs. On this form I allowed the Record Navigation Buttons to show, and I can goto the previous record, next record, last record and new record with no time delay at all. But the Beginning Record button locks up, unless I am on the 2nd record (same as previous record at this point).

Has anyone run into this, and if so, is there a fix?

Is it the "mouse trying to push a wheel barrow syndrome" perhaps? In other words is your computer (available RAM, processor) not up to loading all of those subforms? That would be my first guess. If that's the problen you can 1) get a new computer or 2) organize your data in a different design format (much less expensive with choice 2)

I'm sure this wasn't much help to you, but that's all that I can think of.
