I'm not new to MS Access but before 2011 I was self taught. I just finished training in MS Access and a little bit of SQL in May 2012. I haven't taken any exams yet as I am a retired attorney, disabled, and not currently looking for work. Taking the exams are not really that important to me - I study Access and SQL for my own satisfaction. I created an Excel Workbook a couple of years ago that is still in use my Church community. I'm currently developing an upgrade to a MS Access database for, and I am in the process of negotiating with "the powers that be" in my organization to adopt the Access database for use by all. I want to be as knowledgeable as possible on how to manage this database for my Church for I see it as my legacy. My hobbies are enjoying visiting with my great-grandchildren, reading, working on the computer studying Access, and playing the online interactive game - DiabloII Lord of Destruction - with my son who lives in another state. Some folk call me an expert. But, I only wish that was so!
