Question Book recommendations

I am currently testing upgrading our database backends to SQL 2012 express. It's all still very early stages but I would very much like to lear more about this.

I would like to say I am fairly proficient with MS Access (07/2010) and also have good enough grasps of programming (C/C++ and VBA).

I know very little about SQL except to create queries though. Can anyone recommend a good book (or website) for someone like me to pick up on this?

I have done 3 WROX books (on ASP.NET, VB.NET and SQL) and was quite happy with them - down to earth and very useful. Try it for general SQL - it won't ruin you. For specific 2012, wait for other recommendations.
