Hi All,

This sounds pretty easy, but I cant figure it out.

  • I have a report. It is called "6 Cost To Resolve Community Services Complaints"
  • I have a Total field on there called "CS Total"
  • I want the value of "CS Total" to show on another report that is currently called "Report1"
At the minute on "Report1" there is a field with this formula in it;

"=[Reports]![6 Cost To Resolve Community Services Complaints]![CS Total]"

Which returns "Error"

Im not new to Access, but Im not an expert, so any help you can offer is appreciated and I'll tell you if i dont understand!

Cheers
Mark

Do you have report = "6 Cost To Resolve Community Services Complaints" open, when you want to fetch the value?

Sometimes yes, sometimes not. I get the same error both times

I has to be in previewed.

It works by me, see attach picture.
If I rename the field in the report, then I get the same error.
