Browse window going crazy

I have a small Access 2003 database which contains master records for our staff. There is a browse window in the master for which displays their hours of continuing education. This database is sitting on a network drive.

I can open the database and view the master form with no problem. When my coworker opens the master form, the browse window just goes crazy. The records scroll through the window so fast that it looks like the screen is blinking.

We are opening the same database. No one else is in it at the same time. Does anyone have any ideas what could be happening?

Please help.

Thanks,

Cherry

ANything in any events that could be causing it? I mean, if you're both using different versions of Access maybe?

Is this database split, as it should be for multiple users?

Also, what exactly are you talking about when you say a "browse window?" There's no such thing in Access! Are you speaking of a Subform? Or a popup form?

Thanks for your reply.

We're on the same version of Access, 2003. It's a small database, so the forms, reports, and data are all together in one .mdb file. We are both using thin clients, so there should be no difference in our 'computers'.

It's really strange. I've been using Access for nearly 20 years and have never seen anything like this before. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Cherry

It is a subform in datasheet view only. (Sorry, I don't seem to have completely shed my old FoxPro jargon.) Right now, I am keeping up with the data and creating the screens and reports. When I am finished it will only be used by one person. I can go ahead and split it.

Thanks.
