building a query.

Hello.

How can I build a query in access to show the # of units by warehouse and season description? The data comes from two different sheets in an excel spreadsheet. One called PO Status report and the other called season lookup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well none of us has seen your data, so it's hard to be definitive about anything.
If you have access to the excel sheets, you could link to those sheets from Access.
You will want search for Linked Table Manager in Access. Find some examples using a link to Excel sheet and go from there.
