"Bursting" Ranges of Numbers into Records (1 Viewer)

Esteemed Developers,
Does anyone know of a method or function whereby I can receive a range of numbers (ex: 1-100) and this function would then create separate new records in my table (ex: 1,2,3 through 100)?

Use dao or ado code recordsets to build your records depending on the data range.
