I'm attempting to design a from that will pay outstanding invoices. Each account may have more than one invoice outsatnding each month, the amount owing is displayed via a subform (continuous form) and all the fields on the subform are locked apart from the 'payingnow' field.
To speed up data entry on this field I have placed a button on the forms footer called '&Pay Invoice'. What I'm trying to do is, when I click the 'Pay' button the amount in the locked 'outstandingfield is copied into the 'payingnow' field and the focus goes to the next line in the subform.
I would also like to place an 'Abandon' button on the form, the idea being, when this button is clicked any amounts in the 'payingnow' fields are selected and deleted.
