Button for user to close report

I am sure this must have been discussed before but I can't seem to find it!

When my user opens a report it is maximised for better reading but this hides the close button ( and can cause the user to click the quit program button in error). I have disabled all menus and toolbars.
I know they can right click at the bottom and close from there but is there some way that I could have a small form floating on top of the report (but still allowing control of the report etc ) with a button which would close the current report and then itself?

I think u can make ur own toolbar to close report, zoom and print.
enable this toolbar everytime user open ur report.
u can make toolbar using Tools>>Customize
