Happy New to you all,
i have a form on my database that has a button that opens another form.
the main form was built on the people table which has name, address and locaton. i have another form built on people characteritics table and is linked to the people. When i open the characteristics form button on the people's form it shows the first record all the time even if i what is opened is third record.so in short what we want achieved is the record showing on main form should match the records on the opened charact. form. Can any one help open with codes if possible how i can open the form on the main form to show the same records .
(Please i know how to use the subform but the company does not want it that way)
