button to create a backup. access 2007

Hi,

My database has been split into front end and back-end. Perhaps this is a redundant security question, but is there any way for users to hit a single button to create a backup of the backend from time to time?

You can do it from the Access Office Button, but if users think it's too much step, how should I implement this feature?
