Buttons, not looking like buttons

I am making a form and would like to know if u can make a button, not look like a button?

As when it is depreesed it turns a lighter colour and when its just normal is blends into the background.

I.e Like the control buttons in Access 2000

Use a label, add the relevant code to the on click event
