Buttons not working

Hi,
Just a few days ago, I renamed some of the forms in my access database and all the buttons in the database stoped working. I deleted all of them, and i tried adding new once using the add button wizard, but none of them worked. Now, I have to create my own macros for every button in the database. Can someone help me with this problem? Further, when I click on one of the cancel buttons on the form, I get a message saying that the db jet engine encountered ambiguous form names??

I will appreciate any help regarding this matter as well.

When you created the new buttons did you use names that you have used before ?
Ambiguous means the code is finding 2 or more of the same things and doesn't know which one to use.
