Hello

If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated...

I have a database with Clients and Contract Renewal Dates; I am trying to create a query (in order to create a report) that will show the user which clients are approaching their 'Contract Renewal Date'. I have started the query but I am getting really stuck on the criteria expression... I would like the results to show any companies whose contract renewal date is coming up within the next 3 months....
I have watched a few tutorials and looked in my reference books but nothing that I can relate specifically to this?

Any clues??:eek:

Many Thanks in anticipation

The criterion you want in the renewal date field is

<Now()+90

This returns days with dates less than the date 90 days after now (adding and subtracting from dates does so in days)
If you don't want to show contracts where the renewal has passed then also add the criterion

>Now()

thank you!!! For some reason I thought it was going to be a lot more complicated than that. Although I didn't know about the adding / subtracting in days so that was very useful. Its working like a charm :-) Thanks again!
