Calculate time needed to generate report

How I can calculate time (for ex. in mseconds) needed to generate report… from OnClick button event up to finish generate the report?
So, I’d like to compare which report is open faster. Those two reports are similarly. Displayed the same value. Difference is only in record source and criteria.

If the reports are triggered/opened through a command button, you could enter code behind the button that assign the current time to a varible (time1) at the very begining of the execution. At the very end of the execution, assign the current time once again to another varible (time2), then you could assigne the difference to a third varible (timetotal = (time2 - time1)).

Send a message box to display the the timetotal OR you could even put it in the report itself in an inconspicuios area.
