I have been searching and looking up this question for the past two hours and hope someone will help me with this question:

How do I add a calculated field to the first empty column of the query design grid?

Thanks,
Christi

Nameforcalculatedfield: Expression

you want first column or do you need to know how to enter a calculated field. After two hours of work, could you post some more info?

In the first blank column of your Query builder grid simply type in the formula you wish to use, enclosing your field names on Square Brackets;

By default this will be given a name like Expr1, which you can over write with something a little more meaningful;

attachment.php

and that should return the result you are after;
