Hi All

I am busy with a gynaecologist booking system for mums to be.

I need to have the following.
The date that they first visit.
How far along they are and every time when they come for an appointment I would need to know how many weeks they are at.
And lastly the due date or expected due date.

I googled for this information but just cant seem to find the right information.
Oh and I need to create it in 2007. My desktop however has 2010 on so hopefully it shouldnt be a problem when opening it or I can just view save it in the correct version

Many thanks

Lookup the dateadd, datediff and format functions, those you will need to solve your query

And lastly the due date or expected due date.
As a follow-up thought. Is the due date really a calculated value based on an assumed conception date, OR is it something that is determined (projected) based on each office visit? Additionally, do you need monitor any trends in the due date?

Hi Thanks for the replies

Steve R
I have decided to go with it being a calculated value based on an assumed conception date unless I can find a way to do it another way. This is something that for now must be done in MS Access but it is something that I will eventually do in MySQL and make it web-based as I go along.

Any suggestions or what is better?
